Orderkind Terms of Service

Service and operator
Orderkind is operated by Tiavola, a registered company in Egypt. Contact info@tiavola.com. The app helps Shopify merchants automate WhatsApp order updates, COD confirmation/cancellation and checkout reminders using the merchant’s connected WhatsApp Business account.
Merchant responsibilities
You must have authority to connect the store and WhatsApp business assets, use accurate account information and comply with applicable laws and Shopify and Meta/WhatsApp policies. Obtain and document permission for each messaging purpose, provide appropriate buyer notices and respect withdrawals. Do not record permission without evidence or use the service for unsolicited messages. You remain responsible for your store, products, customer service, privacy disclosures and fulfillment.
Automation and third-party services
Messages depend on enabled settings, supported recipient data, recorded consent, approved templates, account permissions and Meta delivery. COD confirmation records the buyer’s decision; it does not collect payment. A cancellation reply may cancel an eligible Shopify order. Review settings and test workflows before enabling them. Shopify, Meta and hosting services can impose limits, fees, review requirements or outages; delivery is not guaranteed. Current service pricing, if applicable, must be disclosed before a paid commitment.
Data and account access
The Privacy Policy explains processing and retention. Protect your account credentials and restrict store administration to authorized people. Disconnecting WhatsApp stops that integration. Uninstall stops queued messaging and triggers the applicable store-removal process; use the deletion instructions for a verified deletion request.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or suspend the service to address security, abuse, platform changes or operational issues. We will provide notices where required. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Contact info@tiavola.com to resolve service concerns.
