Orderkind Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 7 October 2026
Request deletion
Orderkind is operated by Tiavola, a registered company in Egypt. Email info@tiavola.com with subject Orderkind data deletion request. Merchants should include their Shopify store domain and an email associated with the store, and specify selected-customer or whole-store deletion. Buyers should include the sending store’s name/domain and the phone number used for its WhatsApp messages; an order reference can help identify records. Buyers may also request deletion through the merchant.
Verification and action
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or identity documents in the initial request. We may request proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, the merchant can use Orderkind’s authenticated Consent and privacy tools to stop messages and delete a customer’s service records. Shopify customer-redaction requests invoke the same deletion process; store-redaction requests remove the store’s service records. Tiavola coordinates whole-store requests and assistance where needed.
What is removed
Customer deletion covers applicable message logs, retry jobs, checkout recovery information, COD decisions, consent evidence and related privacy-request records. Whole-store deletion also removes integration credentials/configuration, Shopify sessions and store-related service records. Deleting Orderkind data does not delete information independently held by Shopify, Meta or the merchant. A protected suppression marker may be retained to stop old consent evidence from triggering further messages. Provider backups expire under their applicable retention and are not used for active messaging.
Response and exceptions
We handle verified requests within applicable legal deadlines, including Shopify’s 30-day deadline for compliance requests. We will explain any verification needs or lawful retention exceptions when responding. Uninstall immediately disconnects the messaging integration and stops queued sends; Shopify’s subsequent store-redaction request removes remaining live store records. You do not need to wait for uninstall to request deletion.
